About the Host

Sara Estes

A woman with short dark hair smiling, wearing a white button-down shirt, standing in a restaurant with a warm and cozy interior.

Sara Estes is a writer, entrepreneur, and former private investigator who left the high-stress legal world after a serious health crisis changed the course of her life.

After years of surgeries, ongoing health issues, and multiple pregnancy losses, Sara took her health into her own hands.

She rebuilt her body through clean nutrition, functional medicine, and low-tox living. That work led to whole-body healing and the natural conception of her daughter at 38, after being told by doctors that it was highly unlikely.

Sara is the founder of Sarenova, a clean supplement brand focused on helping women feel better in their bodies using nutrient-dense superfoods and targeted plant compounds.

She studied nutrition at Harvard Medical School, where she deepened her understanding of how the body works and what it needs to function well.
