Refund Policy

Sarenova offers two ways to be refunded. Standard returns cover unopened product. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee covers your first subscription order even after it has been opened, within set limits. Both are explained below. To start any return or refund request, email jules@sarenova.com. We do not process refund requests by phone.

1. Standard Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a standard return. To be eligible, bags of Formula No. 06 must be unopened with the safety seal fully intact, in their original packaging.

To start a return, email jules@sarenova.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with return instructions. Once you have them, ship the items to:

Return shipping for standard returns is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked, insured method, since we cannot refund items that do not reach us. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.

2. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want your first order to feel like a fair trial. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee lets you try Formula No. 06 and still request a refund after you have opened it.

The guarantee has three limits:

  • It applies to your first subscription order only. Renewal orders and one-time purchases are not covered.
  • It covers one opened bag of Formula No. 06.
  • You must request it within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To use the guarantee, email jules@sarenova.com within the 30-day window with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. The opened bag, along with any other bags from the same order, must be shipped back to the return address above. Any additional bags must be unopened with the seal intact to be refunded. Opened bags beyond the first one are not refundable. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.

3. Foundation Year Orders

The Foundation Year is paid in advance. If you use the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on a Foundation Year order, the guarantee covers a refund for one opened bag. Bags you have already received that remain unopened with the seal intact can be returned for a refund at the per-bag price of your order. Bags on your plan that have not yet shipped will be refunded at that same per-bag price when you cancel. Opened bags beyond the first one are not refundable. The per-bag price is your order total divided by the number of bags in the plan.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email jules@sarenova.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a video of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund, and we cover return shipping in these cases.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Because Formula No. 06 is an ingestible product, opened bags cannot be returned or refunded except under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee described above. Gift cards are not returnable.

6. Subscriptions

You can skip, swap, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before your next billing date. Once a renewal order has shipped, it follows the Standard Returns policy above, which means only unopened bags are eligible. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to renewal orders.
